This paper aims to offer conceptual clarification on the use of concept human flourishing with regard children. We will argue that can meaningfully be applied parts lives, specifically one's childhood, and discuss when we speak a child. Viewing children's lives in terms whether they are may able help us understand articulate which ways child's life go better or worse. is relevant, firstly, overall evaluation people's secondly, because childhood could instrumentally necessary for adult flourishing. But, most importantly, period good itself irrespective its contribution flourishing, is, being child has intrinsic goodness. Children have particular characteristics optimally function childhood. While these contribute life, not regarded as valuable only this contribution.
